Connecting my inclinometer to my arduino

Hey guys,
I finally received my inclinometer from UK with the 4 wires exposed (not in a RS485 plug as I thought).

I know I have to use a RS232 to TTL converter between this sensor and my ESP but which one to buy given wires are exposed? Should I make my own male plug to fit into these MAX3232?
