Hi everyone, how can I control arduino from a Apple Watch?

Which Arduino board are you using ?
I have both, and the only thing I can think of is maybe Bluetooth. It would have to be something already built into the watch though, because it takes years to get an Apple app approved if ever. Maybe check out RemoteXY instead.
Can you bring up a browser on your watch? if so not to hard, if not a real pain.

Considering previous answers that you can't open a browser and installing an app developed by yourself could be a hard path, the only way I can think about is trying to use a ready made BLE app that Apple allows you to install on the watch (wether it exists).
The Giga already supports BLE, so if you find the app, that will be a good start.
