Control bldc 5 kw with votol em150 using mcp4725 and arduino

i want to control bldc using arduino using mcp4725 to replace the throttle but the motor didn"t run.

Im trying to connect the output from dac to signal pin throttle and connect the ground between them but have no resullt.
