Hi. So I am trying to run nema17 on this board, using code shown on youtube - controllino stepper. I do understand how are pinouts labelled and that CONTROLLINO_Dx can be used to understand what is what. But, i don know why controllino doesnt give negative poles. I mean, i get all "HIGH" impulses from 4 pins, but none of those pins become a "LoW" so it could charge nema17 coils.. Any ideas?

NEMA 17 does not tell us the spec of the stepper, can you post link to data/spec please.
A copy of your code will help.
Can you please post a copy of your circuit, in CAD or a picture of a hand drawn circuit in jpg, png?
You won't get "negative" pole, you will get HIGH, which will be the supply voltage or LOW which will be gnd potential.
