Isn't that more of an operating system thing, not Arduino? Arduino only sees the Serial input/output of the chip.

Sir, its not just Arduino, its Arduino MEGA ADK having usb port... I have USB GPS Dongle that uses CP2102 based UART to USB bridge. So I need to decode the usb data to serial data and print on serial monitor...
