Create a "RS-232 (serial) to Ethernet"

Hello guys,

I am needing to do a "RS-232 to Ethernet" with Arduino
The Serial (RS-232) input console terminal over TTY from linux, and the Ethernet output from Webconsole.

is it possible?

Any documentation or link is welcome, this is my first step whit arduino and i don't know which are limitations over Arduino hardware/software.
