I've been trying to connect my IoT devices to the arduino cloud but everytime I try to do it the same message will pop out " To upload a sketch via USB port, make sure the Cloud Agent is installed and running on this computer". The problem is I already download and make sure that the Cloud Agent is running but my arduino cloud still did not detected it. For reference I use an ESP32 nodemcu32s board and my operating system are Windows 11. I also uses Chrome for the Arduino Cloud.
