I notice that when I post, the time stamp shows the correct time for my time zone. What I wonder is when I see the time stamp for someone else post who is in a different time zone. Do I see their time or my time?
It must be my time zone since there in chronological order.
Internally time stamps use universal time. Each member's profile has a time zone, and each member sees the time translated into their local time. In your profile settings page, there is a field called "timezone". Try changing that to see what others see in a different timezone.
Make a post saying in it what your current time is.
