Does anyone know the current draw spec for the vibration motor that came with the Make: Ultimate Arduino Kit?

The motor itself has no markings (unusual for this kit, but it is what it is). I just figured with the popularity of this kit someone has encountered this vibration motor before.
The kit itself is Make: Ultimate Arduino microcontroller Kit
I did find a similar motor on Google prior to posting, but that motor Vmax is 3.9V, and given that this part is supplied with an Arduino Uno kit (5V), I can't really trust the specs I found.
I will use a driver transistor to be on the safe side in case the current is higher than can be sourced from an Uno pin.
Did you contact the supplier for the specs of the parts ?
It is certainly not a "standard" Arduino kit.
I would maybe want to try a MOSFET to drive it.
