So there must be a battery somewhere in you weather station.
It's the battery that gets charged not the nano

I use a 5V battery. I don't know the mAh.

If it's a 5V battery bank with a separate charging input, the answer is yes.
Can you post a link to your 5V battery or maybe you have a datasheet for it
