Data send two arduino uno to esp8266 in webpage with nrf24l01 module

I have arduino uno and use esp8266 to send data to web page by nrf24l01. Data is received separately in the esp 8266 but is not visible in the web page. ..I need help.

transceiver code( arduino uno)

#include <SPI.h>
#include <nRF24L01.h>
#include <RF24.h>
#include <DHT.h>

const uint64_t pipes[2] = {0xE8E8F0F0E1LL,0xE8E8F0F0E2LL};//0xE8E8F0F0E1LL,0xE8E8F0F0E2LL

#define DHTPIN 4
#define DHTTYPE DHT11

thanl you all..i need help

How do you know that the data is received, given no values are displayed on the web page?
Is a web page displayed at all (I'm asking because your HTML code contains errors)?
