#define in .ino for .h and .cpp

hi,

I want to '#define' things in the *.ino file to be used in *.h and *.cpp files. Normal defining is not working.

Is it even posible to do that and if yes, how?

thanks for your answers :)

No. The .ino file is converted to a .cpp file, and compiled. Any libraries needed are also compiled. Each cpp file is a separate compilation unit. Something #defined in one compilation unit can not be used in another.

define is NOT the answer.

thanks

Is it possible in another way to set something from the sketch that affects the library on compile time?

No. The library compilation is COMPLETELY independent of the sketch compilation.
