Device Driver win 7 not working

I’ve installed Arduiono UNO , s/w version 1.8.12 including the device driver.
But my computer fails to install the device driver, no matter what.
Am using COM2, OS: Windows 7 , 64 bit.

“Windows cannot initialize the device driver for this hardware. (Code 37)”

I’ve already tried uninstall and reinstall.
Please help what next ?

It may be a driver signature problem, some drivers require the user to disable the signed driver imposition performed by the Operating System.
