Digital protractor

I want to build a digital protractor which measure an angle(0 to 90 Greece)using my Arduino uno board. The project should use 2 separate common cathode 7 segment display to display the angle when a 100k variable resistor is adjusted. PLEASE held me with the schematic and the code of this project .am new in to arduino and c programming language.

Hi and welcome.

You need to start here, and in particular this will help you get going.

Split your learning into separate parts.

Get the protractor to work without bothering with the 7 seg display.

Get the display to work without the protractor.

Then join your learnings together.

What on e . . . is a "protractor"?

For measuring angles. I thought every school kid had one.

It sounds so "latin"; in spanish we say "transportador" that would -literally- translate for "transporter".

Protractor sounds to me like a mithic greek character (Euclides, Erathostenes, Prometeo, . . . . you know . . .)

Guess how we say (farm) tractor in spanish?

We're happy to help you learn, but that's what you are going to have to do; learn how to draw the schematic and learn how to write the code. This isn't a homework service. This is a help forum. You tell us what you what you are trying to learn and we help you.
The first thing you need to do is design your device. You haven't posted a design so we have nothing to go on other than your project objective. You have to get the ball rolling. Draw your design and post a photo of it.
