Dimmer bulb (lamp) 230V with pwm arduino [Help]

i want control a fade of bulb as a Led
my components that I have got buy :
MOC3021
BT136

( condensator 100nf 400v)
( resistor 120R 1w)
and other resistors 1/4w

I think it is a problem of zero crossing
thank

You can use circuit like this for zero-crossing detector, the diode D1 need to change to 1N4007
