Dimming a dimmable ballast

Hi,

I want to dim a 0-10v ballast with Arduino with 2 LM385 from what I've learned. Not sure if this is the best way.

Any Ideas on this? And what would be the correct wiring?

The link is to a receiver. You need an emitter, too.
