DIY Record player code help!

I am a noob for motor control and PID control so can anybody give me help
on controlling a motor at 45 rpm using the videos about using 4 wire BLDC motor
as a rotary encoder to drive the whole project using a transistor and a motor
from a old tape player thanks A BUNCH!!

Welcome! It will not work. You need something to control the transistor. Also what are you going to use to determine how fast it is rotating. We need a lot more information to answer this question.

You can use a motor that syncs to the AC line and gear/belt it to the correct speed. That is the way most of them are done.

Yeah, that might work. This guy uses an old HDD motor:

You'd have to attach that motor to the same shaft as the main/drive motor.

Do you already have this? Can you post a picture and some specifications on it?

I found Anyone ever built their own Direct-drive Turntable?

I also read something once about someone trying to repair their Techincs turntable and it turned-out to be "impossible" because a special chip was not available (unless it was bought used for a very high price).

I believe direct drive turntables use a special-custom low-speed motor. The motor from a tape machine MIGHT not run slow enough (with enough torque & smoothness) unless you use a belt & pulley.

I'm not too sure if that's common with "modern" turntables but synchronous motors were common with cheaper turntables back in the vinyl days. It works VERY WELL because the AC power frequency (in modern countries) is super-accurate (better than a quartz crystal). Generally, a "small" motor is used with the inertial of a a heavy platter to smooth-out the rotation. A belt smooths-out vibrations better than a rubber drive wheel.

The speed is changed between 45 & 33 mechanically by changing the pulley or the drive mechanism. (I had a belt drive turntable where you had to lift the platter and manually change the belt to a different pulley.)

there is nothing on the motor just a dc motor and i am trying to use the 4 bldc motor as the encoder the code i quite dont understand
