The same exactly. (though newer WS2811's support a shorter breaktime) I use them to drive mosfets that can drive RGB-ledstrip. That anyway uses PWM, so that is just perfect. My circuit includes 10K pullups and a 74HCT04 each channel inverted.
My first attempt was using power transistors which also works just fine.
