On your advice, I simplified the codes of the ISR, I decreased the times of the ISR .....
In spite of that, it seems that I still lose contact of the rain gauge .... It may be also the case for the anemometer, but here it is less annoying ....
For the rain gauge I lose 1 pulse out of 10 ...
I do not think the order of interrupts changes anything ???

Your most recent code increments tipcount in the interrupt routine but does not use it anywhere else.
I've found two small problems in the getHeading() function.
else if (calDirection < 212)
should be 202 and
else
directionLettre = "NW";
should be "N".
