DS18B20 how to connect to due (3.3V vs 5V)

Hey,
If i want to connect the DS18B20 to my due is the wiring in the attachment correct (Red gets 5V, Yellow gets 3.3V)? Or do both the red and yellow line get 5V? Or are both ways mentioned wrong?

I dont want to destroy my PWM channels on the due (they can only handle 3.3V)

Just use 3v3 for all of it.

I hope that isn't 220R pullup you are using...

it's a 4,7kOhm resistor (the .jpg is just for the wiring)
