You could strip the wires and then put them into the holes in the breadboard. You will have to twist them to sort of turn them into a makeshift single strand wire. Note: it isnt very secure but it gets the job done

You can use any NON CONDUCTIVE tape
Most people would use the black electrical tape but you could use plain cellophane tape.

If you want to do more electronics and coding work, you are going to have to equip yourself with some basic tools, or it's going to be difficult and frustrating.
If the DS18B20 sensor arrives as shown in your image, with no exposed conductors, then you need to strip the insulating sheath off leaving the bare wire(s).
These wires, the metal strands, can be very fine and fragile. Be aware of the difference between solid core cable and stranded cable.
You need about 10-mm of bare wire to work with.
Old hands with decent teeth would simply strip cable between their teeth.
The second worse method is a craft knife or side cutters. Works if you are careful, but apply too much pressure and you score the conductors which become liable to fracture.
Solid wire can be pushed into a breadboard.
Stranded wire needs a minimum of twisting up to form something more solid.
Here's where a wire stripper comes in. If you use an automatic one, you can cut the insulator and pull the insulator back, but not right off.
You use the cut bit of insulator to twist the strands.
Not twisting wires runs the risk of shorts if one strand goes astray.
Stranded wire cable should always be terminated. There are exceptions if what you are connecting to is designed for stranded wire.
Crimping as mentioned by @PaulRB is a good method.
Crimping is by far the best for finished projects. For some work, it's mandatory.
If there are lot of cables to terminate, a solder pot can be useful.
A small detail. With breadboards or female headers, cut the wire at an angle to give a point and make pushing it in easier.
For temporary connections, have a look at cage clamp terminals under the Wago brand.
Simple to use and reuse, secure, no risk of shorts. Certified for electrical installations.
Doing these simple basic things correctly can save a lot of grief later on.
