Dual Sim GSM Module is not working with M2M Sim

I have connected an M2M sim in GSM Module at 7670C Dual Sim. It is getting good CSQ but failed to connect with internet. PDP context is getting failed and it is not receving any IP address or APN. I tried giving APN manually but still it is not registring with network. Getting Creg 3 or 1. I am giving sufficient power supply with 6 Amp current source.

When I connect same sim in my mobile or any other gsm module it works properly. When I connect data sim in this 7670C Module. It works perfectly. The only problem is Dual sim module with M2M sim.

It fast flash few times and then start slow flashing. Whenever it fast flash I receive this output

Hello, Thanks for your response. Rightnow I just have a GSM Module (which can operate dual sim) connected to 5V, 6A source and USB to TTL converter connected to RX and TX pin of module.

I am reading above mention logs in serial terminal docklight.

Most of your llink is tracking information etc. Whatever appears after the ‘?’ is generally junk. I striped the excess off and the link I posted here is the same.

I have applied manually enterin the APN and also Activating PDP context. The apn set perfectly but activating PDP context gives error.
I have also tried following commands
AT+CGDCONT=1,"IP","ufone.corporate","10.14.192.4"
AT+CNMP=38
AT+CGACT=1,1 - > +CME ERROR: unknown error
