The diagram shows you where to connect them. The resistors are the two things that have 10M OHM beside them.

It look correct.
Are you sure they are 10M ohm resistors. Brown Black Blue.

Yes the research paper mentions that they have used 10M ohm resistor.

Yes I know. What I meant is that in you pictures the colors look like Brown, black, black.

Finally, I got a normal ECG, but with a little difference. In addition to adding 2 resistors, FR and AC should be shorted.
