I am trying to program an ATMEL AT28C256, documentation included below, and have rewritten the code multiple times. No matter what I seem to do I cannot write data to the ROM. I have looked into the Software Data Protection and tried implementing a unlock feature but to no avail. If anyone can help me understand what I am doing wrong it would be much appreciated.
