What electronic nose sensors do we need to check the aroma of coffee beans?
I haven't been able to smell anything for 7-8 months.
So this should be interesting.
What exactly would the nose be checking for?
Checking the aroma of freshly roasted coffee beans is one of the pleasures of life .... no artificial nose is gonna take that away from me
But seriously though, you'll need to first define the chemicals you want to test for, and see if simple sensors are available for them.

You'll need to figure that out first.
What chemicals are present when it's good?
What chemicals are present when it's bad?
Can it be narrowed down to just one or two chemicals that will help you make that distinction?
Are inexpensive sensors for that or those chemicals available?
