Elevator main Board

this elevator board running my 11 Floors elevator(12 Stops)

I need to cover(sheild) this board with an arduino uno to check each Floor door switch

My Problem Discuission
how to connect arduino uno to this board (hardware)
Some help in coding about getting the switchs signal (software)
VIP NOTIECS
the elevator stops if any switch give a sign .....
IS There any Other Suggestion

Welcome to the forum

No image attached
No details of the board
No schematic
No code

It is going to be difficult to provide help

images are showen ....
no code or schematic becuase i need help in connection between arduino and board to get IT and signals..

They are since you edited your first post ...

Without more details of the board shown I doubt that any help can be given. Do you have a link to the device ?

i need to present the output on the screen as if any door switch is on the elevator stops and i had to go up stairs 11 floors to check each floor's door i thought it's better and easier to indicate and call any person on the determinted floor !!
is it Clear ?

Hi, @smuhsikas
Welcome to the forum.

Can you please tell us your electronics, programming, arduino, hardware experience?

Can you tell us the switching voltage on the floor switches?

Thanks.. Tom.. :+1: :coffee: :australia:

i am good in software ( Coding- Designs -programming)
but i am littel bad at hardware connections
as i studied mechatronices engeering

switch name :(deltatek elevators) dk05
Technicial Specifications;* CNC-manufactured aluminum body* Socket terminal group(Max operating voltage: 230 Vac 1A)* Transparent enclosure glass* High strength wheel arm* Lightweight body designNickel plated copper plug contact counter Brass alloy locking tongue

Hi,

230Vac is the maximum working voltage spec.
What is the actual voltage that the switches use?

Do you plan to replace the elevator main board by an Arduino ?

no just covering it for another ouput

You can even get engineering drawings for that lift door lock from some of the links here: https://www.deltatekelevator.com/dk05?lang=en
The one in the picture there looks in slightly better condition that yours.

What is the voltage across your switches when it is connected to the installation ? Please measure both AC and DC voltages for each switch you want to monitor. Measure with switch open but also measure with switch closed to make sure there is no hidden component.

How far from the switch is the Arduino supposed to be ?

So you want to send data to a "terminal". How ? Wired serial ? RF ?
