Embedded Gui builder

Hi,
I’ve got an air suspension management project going on for my car and I’m trying to have it all controlled via a touchscreen on the dash.

I’ve spent ages trying to find some sort of embedded gui builder platform that I can make this interface the way I want it but the closest I’ve come is development companies that do it for you.
But I want to build it all myself

Anyone have suggestions of programs that offer this feature?

You can always do it the oldfashioned way, by code. Plenty has been done giving lots of examples to look at.

Nextion ?

Nextion displays have free dedicated GUI editor Ive used it in one project and its not that bad..
If you are using some other display google for SquareLine Studio with LVGL (didn`t had the time to try it).
