Hi i would like yo build an emp gun/ device , an electronic jammes , not necessary with arduino, i have found those schemes, could someone can help me in a step by step description? I'v made the coild but i dont know how to read schematics. Thanks in advice

Why do you want to make such a thing, assuming it would work?
You want to jam radio signals, build a massive spark gap generator and run when the FCC comes.
Building a high voltage generator with no electronics knowledge is a very good way to accidentally die.
In some countries building, owning and/or operating devices that interfere with EM signals is illegal.
In mine, is not illegal. I want to make just a small electromagnetic jammer. I dont think you would die due to 30volt 
What makes you think it only produces 30V?
It produces several thousand volts.
Jamming is illegal, no just about it.
