Arduino Nano Matter
Recently picked up one of the Arduino Nano Matter devices. Trying to just upload the demo code for the Dimmable Bulb. This device seems little more complex than other devices so maybe missing something.
I have used both the Silcon Labs and Arudino Nano Board Managers. Have tried this on both Apple Mac (Apple Silicon and Intel). Set the Board Manager for Nano Matter and USB device to the modem named one I use for many other devices I have used.
Per various instructions have set the protocol stack to “Matter” and the Programmer to “OpenOCD. Using the Arudino IDE version 2.3.9.
I assumed after trying to install the openOCD via the brew on the Mac. (Not sure as none of the Arudino instructions say to do this.)
Pretty much keep getting this message. (Below) (From your forum the efm32s2 dic read_se_status is normal.
Still keep getting the unable to find matching CMSIS-DAP Device.
There are so many variables when I try to search etc. Mac (silicon, intel) cable etc. Making zero progress. My cable I use with many devices like Arduino Q etc. Several ESP32 devices etc.
I am missing something and could use some information. Not sure I need the OpenOCD at all. With or without it I get errors. Without OpenOCD get the same message. Some instruction said to burn a the boot loader . That pretty much returns same issue. Tried to reset the device with jumper on B1 / GND and press reset etc.
Any advice helpful at this point.
