ESP protection TVS diodes for RS485

Hi,

I have designed my boards to use PEC33712 TVS protection diodes for RS485 receivers. These are TVS diodes designed with working voltages 12V and -7V specifically for RS485. https://www.mouser.in/datasheet/2/1057/PEC33712C2A-1871527.pdf. However the part is not available and has a long lead time now, thanks to Corona.

Its surprising that there are not other similar/equivalent parts for the purpose at either Mouser or Element14. Can somebody please suggest any equivalent part?

Can't you wait until March to get them? Did you actually order them, so they will ship as soon as possible?

You should be able to debug your board etc without those devices. Hopefully they never activate in your circuit.
