I tried to communicate with ESP01 through Arduino nano and Arduino IDE using AT commands. Every AT commands are working. But it is unable to connect to wifi, neither it could return the available networks. Did any one face this situation? Please let me know if you have any suggestions.

Sorry for very short description. Here is the link which I followed every step, except that I provided external power from 12 v battery to ESP01 (through LM317 to get 3.3 v). Ground of Arduino, ESP01 and Battery negative are all connected.
why did you post this in the "MKR 1010 WiFi" board section?
I am sorry for posting it in wrong section. I searched for wifi and I couldn't get ESP01. So, I chose some random wifi section.
