ESP 01 won't show AP wifi

I just bought an ESP01 but when I upload wifimanager no wifi appears in my computer list, what is wrong with the ESP01 board?

does it get enough power?

are you using a host microcontroller communicating with the ESP-01 using AT commands or are you programming the ESP-01 itself?
if using host microcontroller what is it? how have you connected the ESP-01?
upload the serial monitor output (as text not a screen image)?

Yes, I tried it using a battery. What does it matter if the TX RX pin becomes the GPIO pin and WiFi is disturbed?

Please use regulator which converts the battery voltage to 3.3V. Also do not use TX and RX as the GPIO pins. Finally please share the code snippet and the serial monitor output.
