ESP32 + Ethernet connecting to aws iot

I'm using a ws32-eth01 to connect to aws iot using mqtt.
Modified the example MQTTClient_SSL ( included in library WebServer_WT32_ETH01, which is needed ). Code is available on github, same functionality of esp32_aws example.

with esp32 platform version 3 the bundled Ethernet library supports W5500. my EthernerESP32 library is an alternative but too requires version 3
