Doesn't look like clock is a user adjustable feature unless you can do it from the IO pins or software interface.
Some people realize this with the esp8266 ( Increase CPU Frequency - Everything ESP8266 ) so i thought it's also possible with the esp32.

For $2000, I can make one that goes to 12
And - it's still early days with the ESP32; there may be a way to change the clock speed (like with the ESP8266) that just isn't exposed (yet). IIRC, the ESP8266 had been out for a while before that became a thing.
