Esp32 port not detected

I have a Esp32-S2-Devkit, its brand new, but once I plug it, the arduino ide software doesnt detect the com port, not even the device manager detects it. Ive changed PCs and cables, but nothing works. What can I do?

The picture can't help much even zooming in (generally speaking, please take horizontal photos for horizontal subjects!), so we need to know if you have other boards working or this is your first and oly one, the link to the exact item you bought, the OS you're working on, and the USB device driver you installed.

My best guess is this:

Do you have USB CDC enabled on board settings?

That's not an Arduin Nano ESP32 and hence your topic has been moved. The Arduin Nano ESP32 section of the forum is specific for problem with the Arduin Nano ESP32.

Plug your cable into the other connector marked UART. One connector is the native USB support, the other connects to a USB-Serial converter.
