Does anyone know where I can purchase a case for my Arduino Esplora?

There are a few different variations of printable cases for the Esplora on Thingiverse, I've found some with and some without a cutout in the middle for a display. Unfortunately, it looks like we may be out of luck if we don't have access to a 3D printer. There are websites where you can upload models and they will print for you but the cost is fairly high due to the general overhead and messing about that the machine operator goes through trying to get the print to come out just right.
If you do have a 3D printer or a friend with one, however, this case looks pretty nice. Arduino Esplora printable case
I will keep looking and if I find an off the shelf Esplora case, I will post a link here. There's bound to be a vendor out there somewhere that has a case for these, considering you can get an enclosure for just about everything else. I'm currently developing a vaccuform machine at home too so I might just end up making my own at some point.
