Esptool.py error wile uploading code

Using Arduino Avrdude, stk500, Bootloader issues

I get following error while uploading code:
"A fatal esptool.py error occurred: Failed to connect to ESP8266: Timed out waiting for packet header"

if anyone knows please help me out.
i have changed the port, cable and even system, if there is any other possiblity please mention
