You have a yellow exclamation mark in the device manager. You'll need to fix that; I do not know enough to be able to assist with that.

Hi @k_shrobster. You can try installing the driver for the board's Silicon Labs CP2102 USB to serial bridge chip. That might fix the problem.
The drivers can be downloaded from the chip manufacturer's website here:
