Eye level detection

Hi there, I am just wondering if there is any way that I could programme the arduino to independently (without the use of a computer after programming) detect a persons eye level using a camera, I have found this example 'http://www.instructables.com/id/The-EyeWriter-20/?ALLSTEPS' which is sort of what I need, but I would like it to be able to just detect eye level and use the gathered information to change certain variables on the arduino.
I am basically making something which will change angle depending on your eye level.

The project you linked requires a powerful computer to process the high resolution live video.
Arduino has nowhere near those capabilities. You will need something else. We usually recommend Raspberry Pi for this kind of requirements.
