I am a college student pursuing Aeronautical Engineering. During the process of making a force measuring instrument for wind tunnel, i got stuck with a problem.
I am a electrical noob and do not know how to interface a load cell to arduino to get any meaningful reading. Any help would be welcome.
Also alternative ways to measure force is also welcome.
P.S. Accuracy is a high priority.

I would suggest that you need something like the INA125 to condition the signal from your load cell before connecting it to an Arduino analogue input.
Ideally using the INA215 should work but i have read several DIY,s and posts but it did not work out for them. I will be glad to try that out but could you suggest a schematic for the above.
Also some people have tried HX711 and it seems to work but not much precision.
