This part of the output is indicating the you are wanting to program an ATMEGA328P chip but the programmer has detected that the chip is actually an ATMEGA8.

Which Arduino or clone board are you using?

Yes I am programming Atmega8A -PU with already bootloaded(came with UNO atmega 328P-U

You need to install minicore if you want to program an ATmega8

I need to know can I put atmega 8a directly to uno dev board and bootload it

Yes but apparently you did not select the ATmega8 from the board manager.

I would start with this error. Does COM3 exist in your device manager? More likely that another application is using COM3. Also, is COM3 the correct port for your MEGA8?
