Failed to control 220V light bulb by using Arduino UNO, HC05 and 4 relay channel

Hi,
I'm start to learn how to use Arduino and trying to follow this project - controlling light bulb using Arduino UNO, HC05 Bluetooth module and 5v 4 relay channel
[[HINDI] Control Your Room Lights With Your Mobile | Make Your Home "Smart" | Arduino Uno FULL Setup - YouTube]
([HINDI] Control Your Room Lights With Your Mobile | Make Your Home "Smart" | Arduino Uno FULL Setup - YouTube)
However I feel stuck because both HC05 and 4 relay are not light except the Arduino and the light bulb, which is not similar to the the video.
My assumption is that I choose the wrong 4 relay module because I saw that there are many relay types (Opto or High/Low) with different voltage (5V, 12V, 24V), but I'm still not sure that I need to replace the relay or modify the Arduino board...actually I have no idea where should I start.
Could anybody please help me?
Many thanks

These images show my project demo:

Can you share picture of cirut digram i think you relay high side
Conection wrong the center point is comman
You relay module is 5v just apply 5v vcc and grnd
And take wire conect vcc and apply one by one relay module in put pin and see its work or not

Thanks for your response
Here is the author's design that I'm trying to follow:

So your problem is relay module not working Right

You check your relay
I tell you in first msg how to check

Here i see one more prublem
If you have multimeter check voltge
5v stable or not vcc pin arduno
Some time when relay is on
Voltge droop

220v side recheck your conniction

@glizard , your topic has been moved to a more suitable location on the forum. Installation and Troubleshooting is not for problems with (nor for advise on) your project.

What is the very left circuit? Its 3.3 or 5 volt is connected to the middle circuit Vin can't be right.

just what haider650 said.
relay has 3 connections NC/NO.
According your drawing the lamp has to be connected to the 2 most left connections. (middle/left)
