I was looking for some information on use of the arduino with any type of FeRAM or SDRAM module.
never worked with them and could use the help.

That did help somewhat - but the FeRAM i'm using as a parallel interface. So, 18 address pins - 16 data pins etc.
anyone else got some insightful info?
