FM Transmitter code error, HELP!

Hi people of the interwebs! We're making a FM transmitter using the instructions from this site: http://www.instructables.com/id/Build-Your-FM-transmission-Station-with-Arduino/

We'd like to know what exatcly the problem here is and how to fix it. It would be nice if someone could help us.

Here's the report we got when trying to put the code onto the Arduino Uno:

The code was written for an old version of the Arduino Core. The new version of the Arduino core defines the same type alias (u16) as the code you use. Either 1) change all occurrences of "u16" in your code with something else (e.g. "uu16") so that it doesn't conflict, 2) just use the full "uint16_t" type, and delete the typedef, 3) delete the typedef altogether and use the u16 defined by the Arduino Core. The latter might cause portability problems, though, because the Arduino Core for different microcontrollers might not define it, or the size of a short could be larger than 16 bits.

There is a FM transmitter from ADAfruit too. They usually have good support.
