Ah excellent - think the lectures have been online already for a while, although I have a particular fondness for Walter Lewin's electromagnetism lectures http://ocw.mit.edu/courses/physics/8-02-electricity-and-magnetism-spring-2002/video-lectures/ - a great introduction to the actual physics behind electronics...
Taped lectures of this circuits course have been online for a while. But this new course is an actual online course that you can take. It looks like a fun experiment -- I signed up for it. Thanks for the alert.
Question: Is there anyone taking mitx 6.002 in the bay area that would like a study friend for this class.
My location is in San Jose,CA.
Thanks. Signed up.
Should be interesting.
I hope you can obtain your course book quickly and plan on a lot of time studying as class has already started! No I am not take the course but know someone who is.
Hope all will enjoy the course!
Larry
I can buy the book without an issue but when you sign up you get a message saying they will email you when the next class starts.
In looking at the schedule i couldn't start right now because the first few weeks of assignments already seem to have passed.
Glad they will send you notice when new class starts, as 1st seven chapters were due as of midnight on Sunday.
I suggest you see if can find someone local to you to study with and talk with about class.
Good luck and learning.
First seven chapters?
I signed up and just watched all of the week 3 videos and was done with those assignments well before Sunday at midnight. Now I am using foul language against the week 4 assignments.
