Full Graphic Smart Controller pin out?

Hello I'm trying to use the ramps 1.4 with the full graphic smart controller without using marlin or any other firmware for 3d printing. I am having a hard time figuring out what pins go where, even with the schematics.(not my strong point)
HAS anyone tried this?

any help apreciated.

Ok here is what I've got so far..

the pins in the part that plugs into AUX3 are

GND 52 50 5V
NC 53 51 49

the pins on the last long connector on the end are

D18
D17
D23
D25

D29
D31
D33
D35
D37
D38
D41
D43
D45
D47
D32
GND
5V
