Greyed Ports Arduino mega 2560

hello there,

I have problem with greyed ports. I am using hardware "Arduino Mega 2560" and software "Arduino 1.8.12". I installed drivers FTDI to solve the problem yet it did't work. I tried as a saw most of problems with the driver manager as in the picture below but it doesn't work.
i am using OS Windows 10, 64 bit.

If somebody had the same problem and solved it please share with us.
