Connect VCC to Arduino 5V
Connect GNDA to Arduino GND
Connect VOUT to Arduino A0

You can connect a 5V power bank to the USB connector.
You can connect 6AA batteries to Vin or the barrel jack.
You can connect a 9V battery to Vin or the barrel jack.
