Hey guys, I am in London and I have a sim800L gsm module which is compatible with 2g simcards. I have done everyting to make it work for my arduino project but no luck, apparently i can use a old 3g simcard that is backwards compatable to 2g but ill nver be able to find one and i need to act fast as my project deadline is around the corner. I was recommended by a specialist to get a sim7600E module which is 4g compatible but I can not find any examples that it works with arduino, but only rasberry. The main objective for my project is to communicate wirelessly so I could also use bluetooth communication, I was thinking to order a SIM800C. Anyone with experience can help me come up with a good solution, what is the best gsm module I can use for only recieving arduino data to phone. To be specific all i need is for a phone to recieve a code, thats it.
I don't know how it is in the UK, but 2G has been defunct in the USA.
