I would like to create a Installation that is based on heart rate measuring. I imagine to measure the heart rate and translate the measure into a installation. The Installation should show the frequency of a person and translate it into a kinetic object. Something similar like this:
The pendulum should then beat in the heart rate. Do you think this could be possible? Which thoughts do you have about it? What should I look for? I imagined to use something similar like this:
Do you think it would be possible to combine this to things into something new? I,m curious. Please let me know.

Personally I thinks that is always the most difficult part. Getting the proof of concept working and getting the right data sent to your arduino.
Once you got that one figured out you're halfway there.
The difficult thing with pendulums is that need to look natural. If you change the way they move to fast you've lost the effect.
The heavier the pendulum the harder it is to change speed/pace. You'll need some convertion and more over you'll need time. How long does one stay in the installation?
Does the pendulum move when no-one is using it?
